About Us
Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, PLLC was opened in December, 2008 with the express purpose of bringing the same professional clinical excellence to the Stephens City-Winchester area that patients and physicians have come to expect from Middleburg Physical Therapy. Middleburg Physical Therapy is owned by Del Wilson, PT, OCS and he teamed with Kevin Forrer, PT, DPT, OCS to open Spine & Sport Physical Therapy.

Our manual therapy techniques, integrated exercise and training programs and patient education, help you quickly attain optimum physical performance - and help you prevent future injury. Your treatment at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy begins with a comprehensive examination by one of our highly trained clinical specialists in consultation with your physician.

Following this evaluation, we develop an individualized plan of care based on your personal goals and needs. Subsequent treatment is provided in “one-on-one” sessions with your physical therapy team. Spine & Sport Physical Therapy’s 1700 square foot facility features a beautifully appointed interior, private treatment rooms and a spacious gym area. Our equipment offers you the perfect balance of cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening. In addition, our physical therapists provide a comprehensive education program to give you the tools and techniques you need to help reach the level of fitness and health you want.
